Are Pet Doors easy to use, will our pet soon get used to it?

All products ship with simple to follow instructions with diagrams and supply a cutout template to make installation relatively easy. Generally most people who can do some simple DIY can install these doors.

What tools do I need to install my dog door?

• Hammer and Awl (or Nail)
• Drill and 3/8" Drill Bit
• Sabre Saw
• Phillips Screwdriver

Are spare parts, particularly flaps readily available?

Yes, we sell replacement flaps for all the doors we sell, as flaps are not covered by the manufacture's warranty.

Do I need tools to install a Patio Pet Door?

Yes, generally a screw driver is the only tool required, this is used to adjust the top height adjustment plate.

How long will it take to ship my Pet door?
